Our Product Functionality research programmes are created to act as your eyes and ears with your customers and observe how they use your products, how they adapt them to their needs and identify uses you might not have thought of... Yet.

And details matter. One of our projects discovered that deciding where to put the loo-roll holder was the first step to designing a better bathroom layout.

Useable

We learnt that reporting back to designers is best done in language they understand - visual images. The main part of any of these studies consists of pictures and videos that show customers using your products, creating an interaction that your designers can build on to develop more successful products.
