When it came to calling our customers, we feared the calls would be quite robotic, impersonal and a bit stale, which wouldn’t reflect our company values, but having worked with them we now know they have normal people at the end of the phone wanting to have a conversation with our customers. It’s more personal rather than just reading from a script or having generated questions.
They are very responsive, very friendly and we get a personal service
Nothing seems too much trouble for them and the survey we use them for is a great customer service tool. We can relay results to our teams and in the second quarter of the year, through their reporting system, we’ve seen our customer service levels increase 100%. They are very responsive to any needs we have. For example, if we want something changed in the online reporting system it’s done almost immediately, which is great. They always keep us up to date and I’ve always found them to be very approachable.
