As soon as I spot a deteriorating trend line, I can take action to deal with it. It’s great for spotting worrying trends quickly. We know that when we get busy, customer handovers tend to pay the price. Using the In-house system, we can establish how well our customers have been treated.

We have been using In-house for many years and can study trends from the past 3 months, 6 months or even 2 years to see how and where we have improved or slipped, and what areas we still need to look at.
