An excellent tool to monitor customer feedback
We choose to work with In-house because they provide us with verbatim comments from our customers, which we use to monitor what our customers are telling us. It’s a really important feature for us to use and the comments from the survey are vital.
The survey is right at the top of our agenda
We use the completed survey reports at a senior management level to reflect on what our customers are saying about us. Furthermore, we use them to understand and analyse anything we could be doing better, reflect on what we’ve been good at and to communicate with our regions on how we can make improvements going forward.
The online reports contain a significant amount of information
The availability of data with the online reports allows us to interrogate results more specifically. The system is designed to provide easy access which makes it more efficient for us to review the scores. For example, I’m able to see how our sites are performing against each other and the trend data from this provides us with really useful insights.
In-house has a ‘can do’ attitude
Whenever I speak to or need something from In-house I always find they have a ‘can do’ attitude. I know I’m able to go to them with a request and they are very good at working with me to produce what I need.
