In-house was asked to gather opinions of two potential new brand logos. Adults in eight English towns were surveyed using our field interviewer network. The results were delivered on time and within budget. Our feedback showed that one logo was a clear favourite.
Project: Feedback on new branding
In-house was asked to survey certain types of shoppers in 5 towns. A quota was set at 100 per town to provide a total sample of 500. A web panel survey was set up and the sample size was reached in 6 days. Throughout the project the client was able to see the results tables in real time via a secure password to our server.
Project: Eating Habits and Health
In-house is the number one provider of customer satisfaction surveys to the new homes market. Our work over 9 years has resulted in a significant improvement in satisfaction results. In the past year we have included Net PromoterTM questions in our surveys. We now benchmark NP scores. We believe this to be the world’s first NP benchmark for home builders
