Home Demonstration Training - Refresher

Overview

This course is a refresher for those delegates who have already undertaken the Intermediate Home Tour and Demonstration Course but who may not have done any demonstrations for several months.

The course highlights on some of the key points learnt on the Home Tour and Demonstration Course - preparation, product knowledge and presentation technique but without the ‘Hands On’ walk round of the property.

Course Style

This is a half-day, classroom-based demonstration course for up to 15 delegates.

Course Content

An opportunity to refresh delegates on the key product features and benefits needed for a good home demonstration and relaxed customer
An opportunity to refresh delegates on some of the key preparation and presentation skills needed to conduct a good home demonstration
A reminder of where to start, finish and how to control the demonstration
A reminder of how important the home demonstration is in building the relationship with the customer
