Overview
Our Intermediate Home Tour and Demonstration Training Course is our most popular course. Why? Because a good “demo” delivers great customer satisfaction scores. Our research proves it. So give yourself the confidence and the skills to really present your homes at their absolute best. In the new homes business explaining important details, like shrinkage or maintenance, can help improve the whole relationship between builder and new owners.
Course Style
This is a hands-on course which is held in a new home. For this reason it is restricted to 9 delegates per course.
Course Content
- An understanding of the importance of a good demonstration as part of the customer journey
- What a great demonstration should deliver
- What it takes to deliver a great demonstration (informed customers, knowledgeable and presentable staff and a finished home)
- Presentation techniques for demonstrators including EDIP (Explain, Demonstrate, Imitate, Perform
- The most effective way to conduct the walk-through of the new home, Keeping control of the customer and overcoming objections
